2012 Ferrari FF Concept

Ferrari and family are two words that don’t always intersect, at least not in the magnitude of this new four-seater Ferrari concept.  The 2012 Ferrari FF Concept will carry you and three of your loved ones (and the groceries, if necessary) at speeds of up to 208 mph on the open road.  While it may not be a four-door like the Porsche Panamera, its sleek and refined styling give it a sportier feel that certainly plays itself out in the streets.

The new 2012 Ferrari FF features a whole host of new technologies to compliment the raw power within.  Ferrari is rolling out its new all-wheel-drive technology in the FF, one that adds a lot less weight than conventional AWD systems.  The FF also adds the HELE stop-start system from previous concepts that improves fuel efficiency and dampens emissions.  These systems are centered around a 6.3-liter V12 with 651 horsepower, enough to force this four seater to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds.

The 2012 Ferrari FF will likely make its debut in-the-flesh in Geneva just over a month away.  While the Ferrari news of the last year has been intriguing, this is perhaps the brand’s most exciting news item– a Ferrari for the whole family.
